RIP Jim ... Jimi needs some work done on his amps.
How can you tell the difference between a chemist and a plumber? Ask them to pronounce 'unionized'.

R.I.P. Mr. Marshall

Had the Super 100 dimed last night with a germ fuzzface in front. I hope he heard it on the way by. I'll be sending off another 100 watt salute tonight. Thanks for everything Jim. We couldn't have done it without you, Dudley and Ken. RIP.

Man that's sad to hear. The Gov'nr. People can say what they will but this IS THE man who created the company that made the amps that Rocked the
World. ALL the Rock I loved and grew up listening to played by all my Fav UK / US / Australian Bands was played through a Marshall. As Zack Wylde
said. When you went to a club and saw some Marshalls on stage you knew you were in for some serious Rockin.

R.I.P. Jim , Ken & Dudley did you proud , but your business sense and skill at growing and guiding the company made it what it is. You guys left us
with some Classic amps to play, enjoy and preserve for those that follow.

a fitting tribute

The ability to play/make music is a gift that not everyone gets. Those of us who have it should use it.

Asimov:Individual science fiction stories may seem as trivial as ever to the blinder critics and philosophers of today — but the core of science fiction, its essence, the concept around which it revolves, has become crucial to our salvation if we are to be saved at all.
