1960/1 AC 15 twin repair South West

I have a very early AC15 twin that buzzes regardless of volume or how hard I hit the strings. Its all original apart from mains lead. The buzz sounds to me like a small tear in the speaker cone? (original Goodmans). I am looking for a quality amp tech hopefully in the South West that will not do anything to compromise the amps value! A lot of the experts seem to be miles away, any recommendations would be gratefully received.
