Summer project finished

This was my first guitar build and it turned out quite OK. Not a master piece, of course, but a very playable instrument:

Details for those who are interested:
allparts maple neck (I didn't feel like building one myself yet... )
alder body, nitro finished
gold gotoh hardware
tusq nut
custom pickup by local winder
RS vintage electronics

total costs: 400EUR

One more thing to do: learn to play that bass :)

Thanks a lot!

Actually, I was surprised how well it came out. It plays well, has a nice, vintage sound, no wolf tones anywhere and sustains for ages even in the highest positions. Sure, the finish is not perfect and I've made a lot of small mistakes, but all in all it's a very nice instrument to play.
Looking forward to the next summer: thinline tele project:)
